In 2024, one of my goals were to take on more interesting projects and getting out of my comfort zone so when Christine from Silicon Valley Elite Manufacturing, Inc asked me to sit down to talk business and manufacturing, I took a leap of faith and trusted her and her team. We've had many private conversations about the hardship and joys of running a machine shop, working with our family, and being women in manufacturing but she convinced me to sit down and share our experience to show other's what it's like and have them join the conversation.
